If your tablet happens to hang (not responding) or "black screen of death", you may use the following method before sending to Samsung service center for repair.
1. Plug the charger into your Galaxy tab.
2. Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, and wait for it to reboot.
3. Following, the screen will be change with charging battery.
4. Now, you can plug off the charger from your Galaxy tab. Then you push the power button to on again.
