[Windows 8] Singapore PSI is not Working Anymore

Singapore PSI is not working anymore on Windows 8. A new version of Singapore PSI will be projected to release in the later part of the year. Most likely the app, Singapore PSI, will be release for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 only.
